Blessing of the Fleet
It was the official “Blessing of the Fleet” on Sunday at the Sydney Fish Markets. My first vessel to be Blessed was the Celtic Chief in 1984. Since then I have attended them all. First as Master of the trawlers Kirrawa, Jody Anne, Gwendaline and Celtic Chief, then as the owner of Sydney Harbour Fuel who was a sponsor from 1986 to 1993.
It was great to be able to carry on the tradition on Sunday with Kingfisher !!
