Late season kingfish !
The guys and gals on the Kingfisher had a good weekend with some nice snapper on board. The south westerly game up in the afternoon forcing us to fish off Manly out of the gale. This had the unexpected benefit of running into a school of Kingifish in the shallower water and although undersized the anglers had great fun.
The way home saw us punching through 3m swells but I kept the speed down and the solid Kingisher made for a comfortable ride. A display of dolphins kept us entertained most of the way.
I was honoured to be nominated for the 4th Season as President of Tiger Shield Social Darts Competition.
The Kirribilli Kingfishers ended their first season in Balmain and District Amateur Darts were awarded the Wooden spoon but had a lot of Fun.
