Chilly but mainly crystal clear conditions at sea over the past week didn’t deter the Kingfisher and it’s enthusiastic passengers. A good number of fish were caught including some very respectably sized leather jackets. Although not the most aesthetically appealing fish they make excellent eating.
Here’s a good recipe for them. The name is amusing “Balmain Bikies” get it ?
