2015 certainly has been a year of bad weather but also the best flat-head year in ages. 60cm plus are becoming the norm. Let’s hope they stay into the summer season. We were also lucky enough to catch a Nannygai coming in at a whopping 40cm, the largest one I have seen off Sydney Harbour. Although they can reach up to 50cm in New Zealand, it is unusual to see one this size on our side of the ditch!
Spots are starting to fill fast as we head into Spring with a number of full boat bookings in the coming weeks. We also reached 1000 Facebook likes this week! Thanks to all of you who have been supporting Deep Sea Charters over the past three years and we look forward to seeing you out on the water again soon.
